WRA-Nano Reactive Coating
Suitable for waterproofing of ceramic tile

Product Description

WRA (Water Repellent Air Treating) is a non-toxic substance, without taste and smell which has been designed and synthesized by nanotechnology. It is clear water-dilatable silicon ate solution. As a surface treatment in applications that utilize its ability to impart water repellent surface and reduce water absorption. Designed to impart water repellence to a wide variety of surfaces, it is water repellent for masonry surfaces for use on:

- Sandstone
- Limestone
- Marble
- Onyx
- Granite
- Bricks
- Concrete
- Ceramics
- Gypsum and gypsum-based plasterboard
- Light fillers
- etc.

The silicon ate reacts with carbon dioxide (CO2) in the air to form an insoluble water resistant treatment within 24 hours.

Applications method: Treat diluted WRA on the surface with using brush, spray and other conventional methods of coating .

The reaction time of WRA is 24 hours .For better process avoid direct contact with water during this period. After the reaction time finished , your treated surface became hydrophobic without a change in color.

Dilution method: WRA should be diluted with water to a concentration of 3 percent solids or less prior to application (the ratio of dilution for 45% is suggested as 1:13 or 1:14; for 52%, it’s suggested as 1:16 or 1:17).

WRD-Nano Reactive Coating
Suitable for waterproofing of ceramic tile

Product Description

WRD (Water Repellent Diffusionable) is a non-toxic substance, without taste and smell which has been designed and synthesized by nanotechnology. This product is composed of nano molecular bands which can penetrate to a depth (3-4 mm) of building materials surfaces and form a strong Chemical bond (Covalent bond) with building materials hydroxyl groups. Building materials usually consist of very high levels of hydroxyl groups that made them hydrophilic. So we can make them hydrophobic with the help of nano technology and thus reduce the problems caused by water penetration in building materials such as follows:

- Sandstone
- Limestone
- Marble
- Onyx
- Granite
- Bricks
- Concrete
- Ceramics
- Gypsum and gypsum-based plasterboard
- Light fillers
- etc.

ASC (Anti Scratch Coating) can be used as a protective and washable ceramic coating inside or outside of building. After applying with ASC , it makes a colorless , thin and soft transparent layer with high penetration properties and hardness on the surface of your ceramics .This layer can helps your surface to be water proof and self clean for at least 18 years.
