Tile sample delivery terms:
Our company is pleased to provide tile samples under the following terms:

Sample Types: We offer samples of Moarragh, Moagheli, Mogharnas (Muqarnas), Gereh, Rasmi, and Especial Seven-Color (Polychrome, square-shaped) tiles based on your specific needs.

Design Options: You may send us your own design or drawing, or select a pattern from our website. We can also create custom designs tailored to your required frame, size, shape, and concept.

Sample Costs: While samples are available, we kindly ask you to cover the cost of shipping to your destination.

Delivery Timeframe: Your samples will be delivered within 7 to 10 business days after full payment is received.

Shipping Method: All samples are shipped via air freight only, with a transit time of approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Especial Seven-Color Tiles – Thickness & Weight:
- 8 mm thickness: 200 mm x 200 mm; weight approx. 550 grams
- 20 mm thickness: 200 mm x 200 mm; weight approx. 1050 grams
